She was a 3 year varsity volleyball starter and the team captain at Libertyville High School.
With four young children now, Arian Colton was looking for a way to provide young children the opportunity to be exposed to volleyball while also make a positive impact on the sport that provided so much to her. So VolleyCats was created. The emphasis in VolleyCats is to teach young players proper volleyball technique in a positive, fun environment. The skills being taught at VolleyCats mirror the skills being taught in current High School programs . Some skills are modified to allow young athletes to achieve a level of success in order to foster a love of volleyball.
